This morning I found that I had lots of extra fresh dill laying around from last night's tzaztiki chicken salad. But aside from this usage and maybe adding this herb onto potatoes with lemon, I don't use much dill. I do, however, love my daily green smoothies and was curious to see if I could have a tasty dill smoothie! The answer, is Absolutely!! serves 2 Ingredients: 1.5 C water 2 handfuls frozen mango 1/2 lime, peeled 1/2 C fresh dill 2 handfuls of fresh spinach 7" or so of cucumber 1/2 of a banana
