When booking your appointment you will be given access to the patient portal and the forms can be filled out online. The patient portal will be your gateway to all the information discussed during visits with Dr. Erika, including lab work, diagnoses, and a secure messaging area to open dialogue between you and your naturopath. Once filled out, Dr. Erika will be notified and able to review your information and be familiar with your history for your appointment. This is our preferred way to receive your health information.

Fees are charged at the end of each virtual appointment, either via direct billing insurance plans or credit card charge through the virtual appointment host, doxy.me.
